About this Bundle

Description

Mindfulness and compassion are now widely regarded as essential elements of best practices and in recent years have been included as a component of several integrative interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Oriented Recovery Enhancement, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety. This series of videos will explore the role of mindfulness and compassion in direct practice, for clients and practitioners. Recent evidence suggests that cultivating mindfulness and working from a place of compassion for self and others can be a protective measure against practitioner burnout, while promoting resilience in our own lives and in the lives of those with whom we work. Participants will be introduced to strategies for integrating mindfulness and compassion into their personal and professional lives.
